Boards can be customized up to 4ft wide × 8ft tall. Pricing is not based on size, according to the product listing.

Photo Quality Requirements

The quality of your original image directly affects the finished print. For the best results, provide a high-resolution photo at 300 DPI at the final print size.

Before submitting your image:

1. Use the original photo from your phone, camera, or photographer—not a screenshot or a compressed social media download.
2. Choose a clear, well-lit image that remains sharp when enlarged.
3. Submit the full-size file. Files under 1 MB may not provide enough resolution for large prints.
4. Leave space around the subject instead of cropping too tightly.
5. Select Actual Size, Original Size, or Highest Quality when sending a photo from your phone.

Orders with low-quality photos will be placed on hold. The JYS team cannot pre-check photos before ordering, so review your image carefully before submitting it.
